Gift Guide: A Girl’s Best Friend…

I’d like to refer to this guide as the jewelry episode. So many of our Handmade Philly artists make such wonderful jewelry that they deserve their own gift guide! And it’s coming at just the right time for everyone to get dolled up for weddings and special events, or at least throw a little glam into your every day. Hope you find something that catches your eye – I know I did!  (Click on the photos for more info)

The simple design of these leaves reminds me of my own personal favorite part of summertime – walking through the forest and admiring all that’s growing. This necklace is available from Bud & Branch, but plan in advance and allow 4 days for fabrication (these are made just for you!!).

Looking to make a statement? Pick up these wonders from Glamorosi to make yours right now! The deep jewel-tone colors just bowl me over and the shop also has white ones available if you’re looking for something more neutral.

Feel free to drool over this gorgeous splash of color and light available in ring form from Antebelle. The biggest perk? It’s adjustable!

To add a bit more whimsy to your jewelry collection, stop by Crinoline and check out this super sweet pin. It’s available in many more colors in her shop!

What better way to celebrate your trip to the beach (or pretend you’re at the beach…) than adding this gem to your wrist? Available from Jericas Jewelry where you can also snatch earrings to match!

Again with the colors! This lovely set is available from La Roca Gallery – a necklace and matching earrings. There are other colors available just in case the summery lime green is not your thing.

Ah, at Dawn Boyer Jewelry, I was so torn between featuring her pearl earrings or this necklace. The necklace won out by a slim margin just because I’ve never seen one like it! I love the colors she chose to feature together. Can you tell I’m a fan of the natural pearl? 🙂

Perfect for a glam night on the town, check out this bold necklace available from House of Antoinette 1950.

What did I say earlier about color? Wow, an amethyst pendant in the middle of a teardrop of pearls — which weren’t included in this pic because I LOVED the purple close-up too much. Click on the pic to see additional photos of the the entire piece created by A Beaded Affair.

This is why I love handmade! Here’s a simple elegant beauty created by Rachel Shoshana Jewelry. This one’s a size 8 but there are other styles and sizes available in her shop.

Ooh the fuchsia! I couldn’t resist posting this bright summer beauty available from Kensington Supply Co.

Such a great beachy blue-green on these earrings from Finch and Flower. They’re so simple and gorgeous, perfect to dress up even the most boring tank and jeans.

Well, there you have it folks! There is a great mix of jewelry styles available from Handmade Philly crafters so please click on the pics to check out the rest of these sellers shops. A new piece of jewelry is a fun way to add a little sparkle to your (or a friend’s!) day. Enjoy!!
