I love being at the farthest point of Cape Cod, MA. It is so peaceful and beautiful there. You have the sand dunes, ocean breeze and miles and miles of ocean. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful there.

crisp salt air, sand against my feet, crashing of waves with the big open clear night sky without the interference of city lights…reminding me of how small we really are in this world!
    Surf City, LBI, NJ

Great question Nicole! Not easy to answer though. Gotta go w/ my gut…I’m gonna say – West Virginia. Though I don’t know the specific spot I visited, it was the most peaceful…ideal place I’ve ever been. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=west+virginia&sll=39.952475,-75.167387&sspn=0.009113,0.013797&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=West+Virginia&ll=38.559442,-79.917297&spn=0.297459,0.441513&t=h&z=11

Cape May and/or Brigantine, NJ. Something about those beaches in particular that are very relaxing =) the breeze, the salt air and maybe b/c whenever I’ve been they seem to be less crowded. I’m google maps challenged, so didn’t put a link on here….lol.

Ahh, Tahoe…that’a a good one! That lake and those tremendous mountains, I can see how it calls to your soul!
Mine is a bit warmer, Tulum, Mexico. This place is so quite it’s easy to forget the rest of the world exists. The beaches are so white, the water is warm and clear and the whole area is very eco friendly!
