Stitch n Bitch at Awbury Arboretum’s Agricultural Village

Next Sunday, April 8th we will be hosting multiple events at Awbury Arboretum‘s Agricultural Village in Germantown.

Stop by to Stitch n Bitch from 3-6 pm. There is plenty of space. Bring your own supplies to this session of stitch n bitch. We’ll be traveling light. Other art forms are welcome as well.

$7/ adult. Children attend at no cost. (Free for Tulpehocken Exchange Members.)

Light refreshments will be served.

Come out and join us! This is an indoor/outdoor space, including a shaded area and a sunny meadow. There is plenty of space. Bring a picnic if you like. There are a few picnic tables.

All ages welcome. Handicap accessible.

For those of you wanting to learn the basics, Yvanna Sherman will lead a session on Crochet Basics from 3-5 pm.

From noon to 2 pm Jamie McCracken will be hosting a Terrarium Workshop.

Crochet Basics: 3 Class Series!

Come out this spring and learn to crochet.

In a series of 3 classes you can learn how to chain, single and double crochet, work in the round and how to read a pattern. Come create simple crafts and have fun at the same time. Sign up for one class, or sign up for all three.
Location varies:
On Sunday April 8 and May 6, class takes place at beautiful Awbury Arboretum’s Agricultural Village, on Washington Lane from 3 – 5:00 pm. This is an indoor/ outdoor space. Pack a picnic and join us.

Join us as Dre Grigoropol leads this inking workshop at Tulpehocken Exchange. Experiment with permanent ink and learn techniques on how to ink your drawings like the professionals. Students are encouraged to bring pencils drawings that were done previously to ink during the workshops. Or you can pencil in a new drawing at the event.

Dre Grigoropol is an Illustrator, Caricaturist, Cartoonist and the founder of Dretime.
